Q-tip hipped me to this Chic – Happy Man

This jawn obviously has been out a long while, but I was just turned onto it from one of my favorite artist…Q-tip…that’s right Q-tip. I am a member of his blog. He sent me (and mad others) this track. It seems as as if it has been sampled or if hasn’t I think that it should have been…what do you think?
